Very Dissatisfied Customer

You told me the SUV I bought was never in an accident. You LIED. You told me the heart rings got the ac runs ice cold you LIED. You said the SUV had been through a full inspection and is in tip top shape. The wind sheiks had a crack you never fixed, the heart is not hot at all and the ac runs warm. I stopped in several times to have it fixed and I was told the service department would be in contact. NEVER HAPPENED. Thank you for selling me a giant lemon! I'll make sure I NEVER buy from your dealership again nor will I send anyone to your dealership. I'll make sure I advise them to buy somewhere else and steer clear of your LYING BUSINESS WAYS.

Hi Shawnda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm confused as to why you waited over six months to bring this to our attention. Every customer receives an AutoCheck history report for the vehicle that they purchasing. This report was shared with you by your salesperson and ultimately signed by you confirming so. While the Jeep did go through our service department, it was sold AS-IS and we were under no obligation to repair anything unless it was specifically noted. I spoke with our service manager and we have no records of you speaking with them or making an appointment to have those issues addressed. I'm sorry that you feel as though you had a bad experience at our store. I encourage you to give management a call to discuss your experience. We attempted to contact you yesterday, but had no luck. Thanks again for your feedback. We look forward to speaking with you.

good service

Lucas was very helpful in finding me a replacement car. I totaled mine and was on a limited budget and time to get a new one. I appreciate his dedication to his job and assistance in making all go well.

i contacted them thru cars.com, on a weekend , I got a reply with in 12 hours. I called them next business day and set up a day to time to meet. I had a 2 hour drive to get there. when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and a hand shake. Kevin was a true professional. it was worth the 2+ hr. drive.

Paul Sherry Dodge Ram Promaster Waldoch Conversion

TV did not work, wrong keys were sent. The receptionist laughed at my concerns. I think I was treated differently regarding the problems because I am a woman. Still waiting for keys. Still waiting for a TV that works on this beautiful brand new van. Waldoch was supposed to overnight the new one, they did not. I am working with local service people to get items fixed on my own. Exhausting.

service manager made good on repairs on my truck

service manager called and has corrected over and beyond the problems i had with there service he apologized for the treatment. i will recommend the service as long as they keep up the good work. thank you sincere NORMAN ARNOLD

2014 ram 1500 recall and service, poor service

called in a wk early for a app. took truck in on fri. morning 6:00 am got there at 3:20 pm to pick up truck still had to wait 2hrs 30min for my truck. grease and oil all over my truck hood, bumper,door,chrome i ask if anyone was going to wash my truck by the way mine is a white truck you think they would of seen how the grease and was told they don't do courtesy wash but he took it back and wipe off the grease. on my way home at 5:30 pm they did not reset my oil change info got home had to check to see if they change oil and filter before resetting info then seen that my valve stem caps for my tires were gone so i had to buy new ones i called twice even to service manager no return call in four days. so either they dont care or they get so many bad complaints they are used to it. i was a new first time costumer , and no i did not by my truck there may thats why bad service. besides the recall work i ask them to change oil,filter and rotate tires ,and coolant change they called twice and said my filters were do to be changed i said go ahead then called said front end was out of line i said go ahead do it. so my 150.00 bill came to 350.00 and still had to wait 2hrs. for my truck they had all day to do . since they wont return my call i wont be going back any time soon. thank you sincere NORMA ARNOLD
