A $40 part and 15 minute repair became a $60 part and $300 labor. I should have spent $40 on a part and $2 on an 8mm socket and fixed it myself. To add insult to injury they had my car all day from opening to closing.

I purchased a 2010 F-150 which needed a steering rack...

I purchased a 2010 F-150 which needed a steering rack installed to correct a tight turning. I took it back to them after about 15 days because the steering was still tight. They installed another steering rack , but it did not correct the problem. They immediately ordered a lower steering arm and installed it the next day- this corrected the problem. They gave me a loaner car and repaired the truck for no charge. In my opinion, This is by far the best interaction/experience I have ever had with a car dealer, and I have purchased about at least 20 vehicles during my life. They are AWESOME!

These guys are the best place to buy a car bar none. No haggling or nonsense like so many other dealers. As it turns out their service department has top notch as well. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.

I just took delivery of a new 2021 F150 XLT. My salesman, Rick Gilbert was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and was MORE THAN FAIR in offering the deal that I settled on. I ordered the truck in late March and took delivery in early June - exactly 10 weeks. Pretty good in this time of computer chip shortage! Keyser & Miller has ALWAYS been great to deal with as I’ve always used them for service on my previous F150.

Excellent Sales Experience. No pressure, attentive when I wanted them to be. Sold me exactly what I was looking for and an extended warranty at a great price and didnt pressure me on the other extras, which they explained but let me decide if I wanted them without overdoing it. The entire process was surprisingly quick at 2.5 hours start to finish and I was driving home in my new vehicle. Definitely will be back in the future.
