As of 2 weeks ago I was pretty much Undecided on which...
As of 2 weeks ago I was pretty much Undecided on which Make/Model suv I wanted. As I was searching online I came across the Velvet Red Jeep Grand Cherokee-Altitude & thought ...YES, That's It! However the 1 I test drove was 1.5hr away in NJ 😣. At onset, I didn't get to meet with the person I was told to ask for so I Already felt Uncomfortable like All Eyes were on me. With literally 10-15min left to closing this man wants to make a rush buy because it's the last sales day of February. Ummm, No that's Not happening Right Now unless the price comes down Significantly or you wait until my credit updates in 4days 🤷♀️. Needless to say I drove back home without the vehicle 😫 but I was even more Determined to continue my search & find the Velvet Red Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude elsewhere & cheaper because I was told there Wasn't One! Low & behold 3days later I find a 2017 @Keyser Miller Ford...35min away from where I live 😳. Although I was looking for 2018, the 2017 still had majority of the features I wanted, less miles & priced lower 😍. I submitted the online inquiry, got a text response saying it was still available & a link to watch a full video walk around of the Jeep 😲. I called & asked about doing a Quick test drive before work & was told to ask for Rick Gilbert. I got there a few minutes behind but I Actually got to meet with the person I was told to ask for, the Jeep was in front of the bldg waiting on me & after test driving, I was pretty much sold. Mr Rick didn't hound me about coming inside to talk....he gave me his card & simply said , "Give Me Call when you have time, Be Safe & Have a Good Day". He Heard, Understood & Respected that I didn't have much time for anything else but a test drive. I still wanted that 2018 in NJ (a few features the 2017 didn't have & more time left on the Warranty) but Keysey Miller Ford won me over with the smallest of details & Not to mention, another $1,000 less on the price when I made it to the Finance Dept 3days later 😍😍😍

Inspection/Repair of My Ford 500
Rated 2 stars for customer service. K-M never called me when car was finished. I had to call them. Wasted a full day while car sat in your lot finished.

totally dead battery, towed into Keyser Miller, and they were able to take our Escape right in to replace the battery and get us going again

They picked up my car at home because it would not start....
They picked up my car at home because it would not start. They brought their computer with them hoping to diagnose and fix on the spot. However it was too complicated for a drive way repair. They had to towed and fixed at the dealership. It was great. I expected a hefty bill but is was extremely reasonable.
