Waited too long

Bright car in at 7:50am . Called to check status at 12:38pm . Was told about an hour . Arrived at 3pm and waited until 5:10 . Was informed that “my tech” went to a dr appointment while working on my car and failed to tell anyone .

Great experience

This was our second time working with Dirk. He's so helpful, informative and prepared. We had our 1 year old with us and she can be a handful and Dirk was so great with her

Prompt service, knowledgable and friendly staff

The best way to get an "excellent" rating from me is to provide prompt service, have a knowledgable, friendly staff and not treat me like I don't know about my car. The team recently repaired my Lexus ES 350 (baby blue) from an accident and so far so good with the repair. The team turned around the repair in less than the days quoted from the insurance company and all looks well. Thank you for detailing it too cause it needed it :-). The person I spoke with during this time was Sarah (front desk), who was patience, knowledgable and very friendly, which is what you need when trying to get the details on getting your car repaired, dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. I also had an extensive conversation with Bill Hartman and that eased my concern on bringing my Lexus to a Ford/Subaru collision center (now Lexus)...LOL

Great prompt service

Very happy with the service, as usual. I have the Auto Butler service on both my cars and the cars come back looking as good as new. This time was not as thorough as usual. The interior detailing was lacking, inside of windows didn't seem like they were cleaned. In all honesty, I'm not sure what the package includes, so maybe this is normal and they went above and beyond in the past.

Helpful, knowledgeable, quick and courteous.

Air conditioner issue, knew vehicle history, found problem, knew about my extended warranty, set me up with a ride home because the repair was going to be longer then first expected, had parts and competed prior to the time quoted. Even took the time to research a possible feature programming issue, which turned out to be not available feature on my model year.

Excellent service

Jesse Forshey offered professional, efficient and caring service. All questions were promptly answered and the test drive was also very informative. Ryshawn Cooper gave the longest and most encompassing new car tour I have ever had.

Very good service

Good experience here Everyone did a great job from the desk person to the service staff who change oil and checked the tires out and made sure that auto was working properly that day

Service department appears to be in chaos!

Service department claims part I have an issue with is quirky. My point is that it NOW is working differently than it has, but service maintains all is good with it...but I see pro lems with it still.

Outstanding new car buyer experience

I had not owned a car since I moved from LA to Manhattan in 1987, but my wife and I decided to relocate to Princeton and we wanted a reputable dealer. We were both nervous as we know little about cars and less about buying them. We could not have been happier with our experience with Haldeman and would not hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them to our friends and family, They were unfailingly courteous, There was never any sales pressure. Our salesmen, Dirk (primary) and Al (initial meeting), could not have been more helpful and professional. We felt that we received a very fair deal on our new Suburu 2019 Outback, with which we are delighted, The facilities at Haldeman are absolutely first rate.
