We started the process via emails with Troy. He was very helpful , courteous and prompt. We originally scheduled an appointment to view and test drive our Compass a few days earlier but were unexpectedly delayed. Troy was very flexible and was able to reschedule to meet our needs. The car was waiting for us when we arrived and the whole process took less than two hours to complete! Troy was awesome as was everyone we encountered.

I am writing this to tell everyone about my experience with Dave Susko. Salesman at South Hills Ram Fiat. First want to say that Dave has me as a customer for life! I drove from 3 states away, and I would have drove 10 if it ment buying a car from him. He made my purchase fast, easy and enjoyable. I wish I could rate this 10/5 stars, because it was that good. The dealership is clean, friendly and very welcoming. Offered me something to drink, and explained every step to the process. I hope South Hills understands what a great employee Dave is! I cannot say it enough he’s the best!! I wouldn’t hesitate to send any friend, family member or co workers to see him and purchase from him. Dave, I thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your hard work and it doesn’t go unseen. I excitingly look forward to seeing you again! Take care my friend. -Matthew Weed

After South Hills did a State Inspection on 10/7/21, my...
After South Hills did a State Inspection on 10/7/21, my Chrysler passed , but after, my brakes did not seem right. So I went out and made an appointment to have them checked. They said it would cost $42.00, which was okay by me so, I was given an appoitment on 12/9/2021, at 1:00 pm. I took the car in, at exactly 1:00 pm onm 12/9/2021, but I was Refused Servive because my car was over 10 years old. The said that they have no record of my car, but they did 2 months before when the did the inspection. I have never experienced, being turned away from an auto dealer. If there was a Lower score than 1 Star I would give it for South Hills Chrysler. Also note I was going to inquirer about a New Car. I came home and called Cochran Chrsyler and was given an appointment the very next day. BE Award of South Hills Chrysler!!!!

Unfortunately, I tried to chat with a representative, and am eager to buy a new ram 1500. There representative ignored me and eventually ended the chat. Never answered one question. Oh well, thankfully this isn't the only dealer out there and I'm sure someone else would be happy to take my hard earned money. Had to rate them one star, should be a zero. Your employees are the face of your company and represent your entire organization.

Payed $25,000 for a vehicle cash had it 2 days 4whell drive light came on said 4wheel drive unavailable service required ?? Bought car on 7th lite on 9th oct. Called dealership on 11 th ? Couldn’t look at car till 14 th took car in said they needed to order part still waiting ????
