South Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

Salesman Austin did a great job working with us but sales manager was not very personable and we felt we were being rushed out the door because they were closing soon. I did buy a jeep rubicon and was told it was certified by the dealer which I take at it has been thoroughly inspected and if anything was wrong it had been fixed. Drive jeep off dealership went approximately 15 miles and the brake caliper started smoking and smelled like it was burning. Called service department and they had me drive it back, it was Friday at4;00 and dealer closed at 5:00, was told by service they couldn’t get to it until Monday because their mechanics were getting ready to leave, again I just drove the jeep off the lot less than a hour ago. Monday I called service department in afternoon and they told me they were just getting to it. Finally again I called on Tuesday and they advised me the jeep was ready to be picked up . Never did I receive a call from the service department on an update or from the service manager apologizing for the inconvenience. Just not a good way to run a business. If not for Austin I would have given them a 2 star rating

The vehicle we purchased, a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was delivered in pristine condition, detailed beautifully from top to bottom. I cannot recommend this dealership strongly enough. We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

Vehicle shopping isn’t easy or enjoyable especially with a young child. When I called South Hills about a truck they had I was able to do 90% of the work over the phone or text message. We only spent 50 mins in total in the dealership and we were on our way home in our new truck. I would highly recommend Mitch George and the team at South Hills Chrysler. Very unhappy with the service team. Communication was lacking. I chose to leave without service and will go to another dealership. Very rude and unapologetic. I worked in customer service for many years and was not happy at all.

They are very responsive to my needs and find vehicles in the system. Also they watch and make sure I get all the current incentives.
