I didn't think I'd be able to get a new vehicle, but Dave did everything he could to make it possible. From the moment I contacted him via email, he was very quick to respond and work within my financial situation to help me get the vehicle I wanted as a lease. When I got at the dealership, he met with me within minutes and walked me through the process, went on the test drive and worked out the details so that I could go home with my new jeep. My salesperson, Garret Weigers was great. He was personable and honest, and helped me navigate all aspects of car buying. Taylor the finance specialist however left a lot to be desired. She flew through what is arguably the most important part of buying a car. The warranty info, payments, total cost, rebates etc. were breezed through so fast there was no time for questions or even to stop and think or take in the information she was sharing. Furthermore, when I was finally able to process a few days later, I called her to get clarity on a few points but was met with extreme condescension. It left me feeling slightly remorseful and Worried about my purchase, the last two emotions you want when having just financed $30,000 of new car.

South Hills made the sales process super easy for me especially being a busy Mom. Charlie got me to the price I wanted and into the specific model and color Jeep Cherokee I wanted within days. Thanks so much! I love my new Jeep!
