All the service was great . The computer system was down for a little while but everyone handled it well . As soon as it was back up I was able to get the process done for my SUV pretty quick .

everybody besides Garrett the salesman and the young lady that helps with the financing we're completely disrespectful and I'm helpful. The service center who was completely disrespectful towards me I knew more about the vehicle than their own technicians. I've been told by them that moisture is meant to get on the inside of your headlights and your headlights do not need adjusted you just need to adjust to the car

The overall experience was very easy. Mark Edwards was very professional. We visited the dealer about 3-4 times. Our first visit I drove a Grand Jeep Cherokee. Our second visit, we looked on the upper lot by ourselves. Next, Mark just gave us the keys to a Jeep Cherokee & said go take a ride. Next visit is history, walked in the showroom & bought my 2019 Cherokee right off the floor. Mark drove it out for me & we took a ride. Mark is the best!!
