The main reason I have dealt with South Hills Chrysler/ Jeep is because of Sales Manager Jim Kostic. I have purchased 6 new Jeeps and one car in the past 15 years. All but one from South Hills Chrysler/Jeep. The one I didn’t buy there was because Jim Kostic left the dealership. I was glad to see he returned. Knowing that I would be dealing with Jim made the decision easy to purchase my new Jeep Compass from SHCJ. Also, I would like to mention the salesman that I worked with Troy Lafferty was great. Both personable and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had about a few different vehicles. Finally, I would like to mention that they have a great service department. Especially Service Manager Dan Chapman and Service Coordinator Geno Brown. They keep you informed and get you in and out.

Terrible Dealership
This is truly the worst dealership I have ever seen in my life. Never take a vehicle there for service. I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from here 3 months ago and negotiated a tonneau cover into my deal. I was told the cover would be overnighted to the dealership. It did not come in until a month later. When I was finally able to take my truck up to have the cover installed I was told that it would only take 15-20 minutes. Two hours later they finally gave me my truck back and the cover looked horrible. I took the truck back up a week later to let them know my concern with it and they adjusted it, which took another hour and a half. They will lie to you at ever point during your visit. Last week I had to take my truck there for service again because the radio and self-parking feature were not working correctly. This was now the 3rd time in 3 months that I had to take this vehicle in for service. After I called to set up the appointment for the following week, I had to call 3 times before someone from the service department called me back to confirm the appointment and let me know I had a loaner car set up for me. They kept the truck for 8 days and I had to call everyday to find out when I could get my truck back. I was promised a loaner truck whenever I needed service and was given a Jeep Cherokee instead, which did not fit my lifestyle, especially when they had to keep my truck over the weekend. I called the GM, Larry, to voice my displeasure and he did nothing to help me out or ease my concerns with the dealership that he runs. He proceeded to yell at me when I got angry with his poor management and oversight of his dealership. I hope no one ever has to deal with this man because he is nothing but unreasonable. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership. One star is to many, but picked Zero stars is not an option.

This is the second car I have purchased from south hills Chrysler and both times I had a great experience. The employees in all of the departments are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend.

Excellent dealership
This is my second car I have purchased from south hills Chrysler and both times I enjoyed the purchasing process. The employees are the greatest in every department and the service is excellent. I highly recommend!

Daughters first car
This was a great experience for my daughter buying her first car. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Joe Jackovic was great to work with and we even had a few good laughs.

Service
Scheduling an appointment with the new call system is horrible. They are slow. It took me 20 minutes to get an appointment just for an inspection. They had to get me a manager. Unreal.
