Within an hour of talking to Shannon Ayers, I had figures for trade-in and sales price over the phone. After my arrival at the dealership, documents were signed, keys delivered and I was out the door with my new (used) vehicle in less than an hour, just like I wanted. I have visited this dealership twice and in both cases everyone was professional and friendly. No pressure to buy and very quick on paperwork.

It was a pretty straightforward and respectful process. I was only disappointed by receiving floor mats that were not actually VW floor mats, but instead Muddy Buddy. This isn’t exactly the fault of the dealership with VW not including those anymore. But I wasn’t aware until after being given the alternative mats that VW monsters mats were not currently an available choice. I would have liked for that to have been explained to me first. I also would have liked the option of being put on a back order for when they became available, without having to pay the extra expense to receive them. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience. Dealerships can be quite aggressive in getting you to buy something, but I didn’t feel pressured at any point in the process, so I really appreciated that.
