Just bought our second Hyundai at Hyundai of Linden! Another great car buying experience . Our sales professional was Bailee Kneeland and she took good care of us. She was very thorough and patient with all our questions! We couldn’t be happier.

Awful experience working with this dealership.

Awful experience working with this dealership. Willie was wildly inappropriate asking my pregnant wife if she knew who the father was. He was very deceiving and conniving, everything you'd imagine a car salesmen to be. Ultimately I bought the car because I liked the vehicle and they were the only ones who had it in stock with all the features we wanted. It was one thing after another, Willie lied to us about the purchase of the car and when confronted about it, he threatened to sell the car to someone else. Not only that we had agreed to them fixing somethings with the car and we've been waiting over 2 weeks for this to get done. I'd recommend going else where to get a car, it's not worth the hassle. I was disgusted through the process.

Scam artists, Service Department - DON'T Go!

I wish I could put into words how disappointed I am with Lindon Murdock Hyundai. I have purchased 2 cars from them. I have tried to call into play warranty work which they swear up and down in the purchase process it is true bumper to bumper. When you get it need to get work done, they evade and make things up regarding after market parts, and expiring warranties. This may end up being a long story. So if you want to read, stay. So I bought a chrysler minivan used from them with a warranty. I brought it to them before the warranty expired for a cylinder 3 misfire, they examined it, and stated that they didn't think there was enough of a problem, and sent me on the way after clearing the codes. Then 9 months later, warranty now expiring, the whole cylinder , rocker arms valves all go bad, and now they won't cover anything because the warranty expired. Almost 6000 $ later they fixed it. I went back and forth with all parties, threatened law on them and nothing. So much for customer loyalty. Forward now 2 months later I bring in my 2015 hyundai sonata because the key ignition tumbler no longer works, same thing happened in Hyunday in idaho falls id, that dealership covered it , and warrantied it, and when it failed down here. The Murdock dealership stated that after market parts were used, and even after talking with the other Hyundai dealer ship in IF, they wouldn't fix it, because they told me I have driven 12,320 miles exceeding the 12000 miles from June to December, I travel 12 miles a day, no way I passed that miles limit. Idaho was willing to pay for the part but nothing from Murdock. Short stay far away from these con artists. They care about their bottom line and nothing else. I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone!!!! Avoid Noah Free, Jordan Burningham and their useless service manager that never called me back. They suck at follow up and desiring to help. I don't like to wish bad things on businesses but I do here.
