I had a great experience in Murdock, I drove home with an ionic 5 to test drive and show to my wife. The next day I came back and wanted a different car and Willie was very patient with me. Went to two different dealerships first and left with a bad taste in my mouth. As soon as I entered Murdock Hyundai I was greeted like a friend and helped to find a car that was right for me. The sales team saw that my wife and I had two small kids with us and did what they could to help keep them entertained so we could comfortably explore our options.

Bought Gap from them. My car was totaled and the Gap insurance the sold me. Told me I cannot fax in the documents, cannot mail them, when I email them they are rejected. My attorney said we may just have to go after Murdock to pay off the loan since the product they offer will not pay it off.

Evan took the time to answer our questions, and he let us take the time we needed to consider our purchase. He was eager to do whatever he could that would be helpful for us. I appreciated the clear information he gave us and that we didn't have to haggle to feel like we were getting a fair deal. He was great to work with!

It was an easy buying experience. Ran into our sales representative who sold us our last Hyundai 16 years ago. Our current representative, Brian, was knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure. We knew what we were looking for and found what we wanted, Our finance officer, Isaac, was also really helpful.
