Great dealership experience!

Kyle made the experience quick and painless. He was prepared for me when I arrived. As I had done much of my research online, when I arrived he took me to the vehicle for walk around and test drive. Staff at this dealership was very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff

We went to Murdock to look at Palisades. Evan worked with us and took us for a drive and showed us all of the features. Normally I don’t like when the salesperson drives or even goes with us, but there are so many amazing features on the new Palisades that I was really grateful to have Evan demo everything first. He knew the car well and we were amazed by the safety, features, and warranty. We had several other sales staff approach us inside and they were all very kind. We left that night to think about it and do a different test drive on a Toyota. We ended up liking the Palisade more for a lot of reasons and went back a few days later. Evan was just leaving, but they got a hold of him and he stayed late to help us. They even moved the car out of the showroom to let us drive the new model they had. We put a deposit on it that night. We came back the next day to buy it and Evan came in on his day off to help us. He was great. Isaiah in financing was awesome and took time to explain everything in detail. The only hiccup was that they had put other tires and rims on it that we didn’t want and when we paid for it we had to leave it there while they were supposed to get the original tires put back on. We waited all afternoon and called in the evening and they said it would not be ready until the next day. We asked to talk to a manager or someone there so it wouldn’t bug Evan again in his day off, but they just put us through to his phone. In the end, we learned that they lost the tires and were just trying to buy time to get new ones. That was frustrating and I wish they would have just been open and honest about it. It was frustrating buying our first new car ever, just to leave it there and not know when we would get it. They finally let us drive all the way back and pick it up with the off road tires still on it so we could at least take it home and use it while they wait for the other tires. I realize that this was not Evan’s or Isaiah’s fault at all. It was just lost and miscommunicated by someone at the dealership. I would still go back to them for a future car and I appreciated that they listened to us and answered so many questions. It didn’t feel as pushy as most dealerships.
