Received one text message the morning after dropping car off for service. Then received no other communication. My husband stopped by to see how things were going. They had to search for my keys and the work order. Also, when bought car, I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for service if I brought the car there. Oil change/tire rotation $110, for a sedan. My husband truck was half that a family owned business near by.

Seidel was reasonably easy to deal with. My expectations are generally low in working with car dealers. Generally the car sales game is one I generally find somewhat negative. However, Seidel did not live down to my low expectations :)

Great service and fair prices. Keep you informed during service. Explain suggested repairs and nice waiting area. Sales and finance are outstanding.
