My appointment was 10AM for an oil change cat was not finished until 220. What the heck is the appointment for. It was a 30 minute job. No snacks. I was so hungry. A few pretzels would have helped. When I arrived, 4 men in office. No greeting or acknowledgement. Shame on them. I am paying for service, I’d like it to be friendly.

Very satisfied with everyone. Our salesman , Chip Hoffman was excellent and very personable. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We would rate him a 10.

Great customer service, friendly and professional. My car was going to serviced and be a while I was told I can wait or they can give me a ride home and pick me up when my car was done. I would definitely recommend my friends to get there car serviced here.

They were.helpful,friendly, honest , kind and generous! I felt like they were almost family by the time we left! I even had a diabetic sugar low and they immediately helped me! But most of all they answered all questions and more about the car I bought! They were so helpful!

The process was easy, everyone was very helpful and professional. I feel like I ended up getting everything I wanted and not having to settle!

Got everything done that was needed and dropped me home and picked me back up.

Very quickly did the service ahead of time. Overall cost was below what I thought it would be. I am very pleased.

They are very Expensive- decent work though. Could not clean inside of headlights which was needed and I had someone install an automatic starter years ago and now he no longer works there so I had a hard time with that too. Also I went through about 5 sets of tires in 10 years and I hardly drive but they keep telling me I need new ones. They are friendly and courteous and nothing against the people there I just personally think it’s a little over priced since I’ve been taking it here since I bought it.
