From JJ's reply to my initial inquiry to the test drive and final purchase, everything was handled with friendliness, courteousness and professionalism. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from JJ!

Great email communication from the start about the F-150 before I even stepped foot on the facility. Price for vehicle and trade in were fair and it was an all around pleasurable experience with all the staff. I had a problem with one of the keys and they offered to cover the bill for me to have it fixed at a dealer closer to my location. JJ was great to work with and you can tell he likes what he does. I would not hesitate to purchase from again in the future.

We were looking for a 2009-2012 Ford flex for months. Specifically a fwd model limited. Keller Bros. Had one listed on their website that was a little out of our price range and we watched it for a while. In the meantime we drove all over Pennsylvania test driving and checking out various iterations of the flex, none of which were perfect for us. Then I checked back with Keller Bros to find it had been reduced in price and put it within our budget. So I made the call and set-up an appointment to check it out. It was perfect and with covid-19 in full swing, they had made the process very simple and straight forward. We talked amongst ourselves and decided it was the right vehicle for us. We were setup to pay and were in and out in about an hour after we returned from our test drive. I'm glad we picked Keller Bros. And I'm even more happy to tell others about our seamless buying process. Kudos!

Bought a late-model used car in pristine condition at Keller Brothers Schaeffer Road in Lebanon, PA.
