Keller Bros. Ford Lititz

After buying my vehicle from Keller Bros. and the years of service afterwards, I have received nothing but excellent customer service from this dealership. We will look to them for future car purchases.

Service department was courteous, prompt, thorough and efficient. Needed some help connecting to my Ford Pass and they found it for me. They involved the Sales Department which lead to me test driving a 2020 Escape, which my wife ultimately ended up purchasing. Best hour and a half I’ve spent at a car dealership. Thank you !

I drove 6 hours to get my car from them. They said out of state customers paperwork usually takes 2 days. They made it happen in the same day!! I was super happy and they were great to buy a car from. The whole team definitely goes out of there way to make the customers happy!!! Thanks again

Keller Bros excellent integrity is such that we have absolutely no hesitation obtaining our vehicles from you even though we now live over 3 hours away from Lebanon. But we we do miss Keller's first class service due to the distance however are confident that the vehicle was prepared to the fullest.
