Good buying experience. .probably the best I ever had and I wasn't there all day..the staff was very friendly and dawn was a howl..

Great dealership

Went to Ron Lewis to look and test drive a Jeep Cherokee, Jim W was the sales rep that meet me on arrival and had the vehicle sitting there ready to go, After explaining the vehicle in great detail we took it for a drive. When we arrived back at the dealership we discussed price and I explained to Jim W were I need to be at and figured that this vehicle was out of my price range. Jim just said let me see what I can do and assured me he would get the best deal possible and my first thought was typical car dealer trying to make a sale. Boy was I wrong, he went to work knowing where I needed to be and explained it to his sales manager and after a period of time came back with a price right where I needed it to be. I must admit I was in total shock, I figured there was no way they could get to that price but the great staff at Ron Lewis did it and we signed the papers and drove the vehicle home all with what I can honestly say with no pressure about making a sale. When I need another vehicle they will be my dealership of first choice.

New Jeep Purchase

I wanted to buy a vehicle from a neighborhood business not only for my own personal convenience but also because I believe it's great to support local enterprises. This dealership supports local school, community and civic events in our area and I like that. I also had 3 friends recommend this dealership because of their positive experience. I was deciding between the Jeep I purchased and another AWD vehicle and the patient attention and knowledgeable feedback I received from my salesperson Jim Henning made the decision easy. And the service I received from Dawn in the business office made the whOle transaction easy and stress free. Shout outs to Kevin and Jason and Collin too who helped with logistics since I came alone and had to get my current vehicle back home and needed some help. In short, everyone I encountered made feel at home and valued as a customer. I am very happy about my new car which promises to be a great vehicle but I know for sure that my experience with this dealership was outstanding and truly excellent.

Happy Jeep Camper

A truly pleasant and easy car buying experience. Jim Henning was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and just let me test drive and ponder. NO pressure just great information that let me make my decision comfortably. The business manager Dawn was also so thorough and knowledgeable that I felt totally at ease and valued as a customer.

Bought new Grand Caravan

Again, nothing but the best service from Patsy Manfredi. This is the second car he helped me purchase and again I am very satisfied how the whole transaction was handled. Awful Service Department

I would strongly recommend finding any other dealer for service other than Ron Lewis Dodge in Pleasant Hills. After picking up my vehicle three times, and being charged over $800 in unnecessary work, my Ram is in worse condition. It has taken over two months to "resolve" the situation, which has still not been properly resolved by anyone at the company. I would never take another vehicle to Ron Lewis Dodge and would encourage anyone reading this to avoid that dealership at all costs.

Recently purchased a jeep with Ron Lewis,Devin and some other co-workers were very friendly and did everything they could to get my family into this vehicle,very professional and made ya feel like family,thanks again guys...highly recommened.

Kevin Cline, Internet Sales, Rocks!

Kevin is a super sweet, extremely knowledgeable salesman at Ron Lewis in Pleasant Hills. He is not pushy, and he takes his time to listen to what you want and need to give you all of the viable options to consider. Kevin was very thorough, attentive and extremely patient even though I am sure I was driving him insane. Additionally, Derek, one of the managers, did everything that he could to make me the deal I was looking for without hassel. Derek got me an incredible interest rate which enabled me to get the Jeep that I wanted at a payment that I was comfortable with. And Dawn, the finance manager, was as pleasant, efficient, and knowledgable as could be. They truly worked together as a team and once I finally chose the vehicle I wanted, it was a quick and easy wrap up with a beautiful new Cherokee ready to go. Thanks again Kevin, Derek, and Dawn! I will see you each week to get my Cherokee washed!
