It started with an e-mail, ended with a dream car!

I have to say that this experience was one of the most positive that I've ever had at a car dealership. It all started with an internet inquiry. Tyler responded promptly and we tossed some numbers around before I even stepped foot into the dealership. When I brought my trade down they firmed up the numbers and were pretty much spot on. (They actually gave me MORE for my trade when they saw it in person.) They were very efficient when it came to filling out the initial paperwork and they are clearly focused on customer service and value their customers time. When it came time to go into the F&I office, Dawn was a pleasure to work with. I never laughed so much getting a $40,000 loan, warranty, GAP, and other products. She explained what each one does and even found out a way for me to pay for my warranty in increments without having to roll it into my monthly payment. I was beyond satisfied with my purchase experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. It all started with a simple e-mail that was answered in minutes. Poor Salesman!

My first impression of my salesman Josh Pagliei was great! Very helpful, friendly and did give me a great deal on our used 2014 Nissan Rogue. BUT after I walked out the door Josh wanted nothing to do with me. He seemed like a different person. After driving it home I realized that the paint in the hood was chipped in about 2 dozen spots. I proceeded to text Josh about the issue and asked if there was anything they could do to correct this issue. He then texted me that he could order some touch up paint for me. I then told him that touch up paint wouldn't work since there were so many spots and asked him what else they could do to make it right.. He then texted back "Sorry, not at that price". I was appalled! That price may not be a lot of money for him but it is for me! On top of that Josh had mentioned that there was an extra set of keys while we were discussing the price before the sale. We did not receive the extra set. At this point I contacted the sales manager Bill Hart regarding Josh's comments regarding the paint and he was very nice and said that they would take care of the paint free of charge. In which he did arrange for someone to come and resolve the paint issue. And I was happy with the job they did. And then I asked them about the extra set of keys and they looked everywhere for them and couldn't find them.. So the sales manager told me to get a hold of the key guy and they will cover the cost to make an extra set. When he was telling me this Josh proceeded to tell me that he gave the keys to me the day I bought the vehicle. I told him if he did, then I wouldn't be asking for them.. he continued to insist he gave them to me. Several weeks later the sales manager called and left a message stating they found the extra set of keys. At that point I texted Josh and asked him to mail the keys to me because we live 40 minutes from dealership and don't have time to make the trip. That was a week and a half ago and no keys in the mail. I am very disappointed with the salesman's attitude after the sale. But I am happy with the sales managers for resolving my issues..but I am still waiting for the extra set of keys in the mail.

Great buying experience!

I have been a long time service customer and have always been extremely happy with that side, but it was time for a new Jeep. I met with Patsy and he showed me exactly what I wanted to see. When it was time to get down to the business end it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The manager Dave gave me a great price on my old Jeep and an excellent price on my new one. I would recommend going down and seeing Patsy to anyone looking for a new Jeep. It really was a great experience.

Good people to deal with

This is my second vehicle from Ron Lewis. They are not overly pushy, respond promptly wo web inquiries and phone calls. The finance department worked hard to find the best deal for my son who was a first time buyer with little credit history. They fairly price their cars and are not into games playing. I have three jeep dealers within in 15 minutes but drove to the South Hills to do business with this company.

Friendly staff

I was uncertain if I wanted to trade my old Jeep in for a new one. The staff was very patient with me and gave me many options to choose from. I will definitely continue my business with them in the future and will tell my friends and family about them.

Better than expected

I research the website before I came to the dealership. I really had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that day. But after looking at the available used cars and talking with the salesman, Greg Peters, I felt very comfortable in proceeding with my purchase. The dealership worked wonders in getting me a price I could afford. I am happy with my purchase. My only problem is, the car does not have a spare key. I am still waiting on that. I feel if there are any other problems, they will be able to help me.

Honest salesman

Worked with Kenny. He was an honest salesman (imagine that). Anyhow I got a good fair deal and they got me in and out. I would recommend this dealership

Excellent Customer Service

I totally enjoyed my repeat buying experience, Love how everyone is extremely helpful and not condescending because I am a woman.. Kudos to this dealership for their excellent customer service!
