Rohrich Cadillac

Sales was great and service was good. I had some issues with the vehicle which were corrected. There is a crease in the door that wasn't really fixed and I'm not sure it could be fixed. The breaks were repaired and the break light bar was replaced and they are both working fine now.

I purchased a 2006 SRX new from Kelly at that time and have had contact with her in the last five years. Really liked the new design of the 2011SRX, especially with the 0% finance. My wife and I met with Kelly. She was very pleasant and remembered everything about our 2006 and my personal history. Was impressed that she related so easily. Without any difficlty, we negotiated with Mr. Rosenstein on the value of my trade and completed the deal in a very short time. Kelly demonstrated all of the features on the new SRX. There are my differences than my old one. She is very knowledgable concerning her preduct. When picking up my 2011, my wife could not attend at that time,but Kelly said that she will go over everything again for my wife. All paper work and transitions were completely in order. MY RATINGS WERE GIVEN BECAUSE MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SO CALLED NORMAL CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I FOUND LOU TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR. I HAVE BROUGHT CARS FROM ROHRICH IN THE PAST SO I EXPECTED THE BEST OF TREATMENT.

My overall experience with Rohrich Cadillac and Tony Cardone was wonderful, Tony was extremely knowledgable and helped me decide on the CTS. This is my first Cadillac and it will not be my last. Tony helped me find just the right vehicle and after driving it for a few days I can truly say I love it. All of the employees that I came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. After I decided on a particular car the paper work was fast and efficient.

I worked specifically with Tony Cardone. He was very cooperative and very attentive to my needs and requests. Specifically, Tony was able to accomodate my request to have the monthly payment start at a later date than 30 days from the date of purchase, which was extremely important to me. I thought that I would be able to negotiate the price down a little further, but in the end the dealership agreed to work with me on the extended warranty and I feel that I paid a fair price. The car is great and I think I made a great purchase. All of the poeple I dealt with so far at the dealership have been great.

My purchase at Rohrich Cadillac was the best decision I have ever made. I first spoke with Chuck Lucci who could not have been more kind and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he got back to me within a day and had the exact vehicle I wanted! When I went to test drive the vehicle is when I met Bernie Keane, what a great guy! he made the experience fun, exciting and easy. Then to top it off, he had roses waiting for me when I picked my new vehicle up. I could not belive how above and beyond he went for me!! I would recommend Rohrich Cadillac to anyone and everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Ask for Bernie or Chuck, you will not be let down!

Bernie Keane was my salesman--just by luck. My husband and I stopped by to look at the SRX after reading about it. Bernie took us for a test drive, and explained every feature so easily. We changed from being a "windowshopper" to a "customer" in one short evening. As we made the decision to choose the SRX, Bernie took us for more test drives, explained more features (especially a complicated navigation system) and took us to talk to the manager. He helped us pick out features and ordered a car with every feature I wanted and a special new color. He worked with us as the car was being built and helped tremendously when the car arrived. he made everything effortness for us. He continues to help with any service we need, including OnStar and Sirius XM radio. What a delight Bernie is to work with. I give him my highest rating.

We could not be more happy with the service and helpfulness of Ken! He and the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were very happy.
