Their service center is exceptional. They are extremely organized, helpful, quick, fair and informative. The representative explained everything clearly. The waiting area is very nice as well.

Outstanding customer service

We messed up and brought our car in a day early. Ali was so good to us, took care of us anyway and made us feel like a preferred customer. Could not ask for better service!

Polite and efficient. The staff is always very helpful and my experience has always been that everything has always been on schedule. They are my go to Honda dealer even though there may be a couple that are closer to our home.

Best service in town and super sweet employees! Adam, the service manager helped me directly and is always super informative too. Ali took really great care of me and made the process quick and easy :)

Brake Realization

We are not good at hearing problems with our car but as soon as we entered for an oil change our tech heard a brake grind which was fixed that very day

Good Customer Service

I really did appreciate the sense of urgency and attention I received when bringing my car in for service. Ali did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome, capturing all details related to the service request in the system, and also frequently communicated status updates related to the service throughout the day over phone and text. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is the slowness of the computer systems that resulted in my extended drop off time on site. I'm a regular here but it seems like for the past few years this has been a reoccurring theme. Overall however, a solid place to have good service work done for your vehicle.

Great service

Quick greeting, chatty, everything explained ahead of time and agreed to. Waiting room time was minimal and pleasant. Popcorn was good, too. Aly was a treat.

Friendly and Fast Service

I had to take my car in for its 50,000 mile checkup and a warning light. They were able to get my car in immediately and returned it to me all spiffed up in exactly the time they told me. Jennifer was exceptionally friendly and helpful, explained what they were going to do clearly and took good care of me while I waited. She was wonderful to deal with.
