The process to purchase a Pilot was difficult at best. Records were not shared between staff. Salesperson knew nothing about Honda cars and didn't... seem to care. The final pricing was not inclusive of sales tax for out state as promised. The only thing that saved the sale was meeting the service manager.
My mechanic was unavailable for an extended period of time and I needed experienced troubleshooting. So, I took my Odyssey in for a/c problem diagnostics.... I already knew the compressor was dead. I needed to know why my van was eating compressors for lunch... After their evaluation, I was told it needed a compressor and it would be $1,800. I began to point out that I am seeking to know WHY it was failing repeatedly and the service advisor would NOT answer my questions. Just interrupted me and repeated something to the effect of ‘We don’t know unless you put on a new compressor.’ Im not an idiot, at least give me the courtesy of a discussion. I very much feel that if I were a man, I would have been given the opportunity to ask these questions. I was very quiet and tight-lipped upon picking up my van. (No, I didn’t allow them to work on it.) The advisor could tell that I was dissatisfied and waived the diagnostic fees. I was happy to avoid giving them my money. This service department has not always been this way. I have been there many times before, several years ago. I will continue using my mechanic who treats me with respect.

As soon as I came they welcomed me, they were efficient and told me what they were going to do and we’re done a little bit before time.
I told the salesman we were preapproved but he still had them running our credit for higher interest banks. They need to listen to their customers. The... air conditioning was not working in the building and they made us wait over an hour to sign paperwork. After driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on and they were not willing to fix it, when it should have been checked before selling it.
I went with my daughter to pick out a Honda Van, they had the exact model she was looking for. Our salesman Josh Downs was very helpful, courteous and... knowledgable. I would definitely see him if I was looking for a new car.
I was hired by a client in the Lafayette, Indiana area to get him a white 2018 Honda Civic Si Sedan for a lease. I called Bob Rohrman Honda and spoke with... Neil, one of the Sales Managers there, or at least he said he was, about setting a deal with him so that I could avoid shipping a Civic Si from California at the client's expense. I got Neal to agree on pricing and he just wanted to run it by his General Manager for final approval. I got the call back and was told they were not interested. Fair enough, I move and ask one of my co-workers to help me call other dealerships. My co-worker gets a call back from Luke Rohrman saying they are now in fact interested and he will be expecting my call. I tried reaching out at least 6 times over 2 days and was never able to get in contact with him. I finally left a message with the call attendant and they said they would pass the message. I get a call back from a Restricted number and it is Luke Rohrman. I barely confirm that he is speaking with me when he says they are no longer interested in doing the deal. When I simply asked him for the reason behind them changing their mind for the 3rd time, he promptly hung up. This is absolutely not how you do business. This is why dealerships in the Midwest have the reputation for being rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to work with clients or brokers like myself who are just trying to get a simple deal done. They believe that because they don't have much competition and you have to drive far to see other dealers, they can get away with unsavory business practices. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a car wash, let alone do a fair deal for customers. I will gladly be getting the car now from one of my preferred dealer partners where I will get the client the best pricing on the Civic Si Sedan. Even with the $750 shipping, they will still come out ahead over working with a dealer like Bob Rohrman. Save yourself the time and headache and work with another dealer in the area like Hare Honda or Penske in Indianapolis.
Was told about one hour. Turned out about 1 hr 40 min. But that was ok. The gentleman took 10.00 off since i had to wait a little longer.
Pulled in the parking lot and asked Rocky if he was ready to work because we had specific criteria on this next purchase. No hesitation, “Let’s... get it done!” EVERY criteria was met within an hour and we were standing in front of our vehicle....keep in mind, we wanted used.
