We purchased our MB from another local dealership , and accidentally found ourselves @ MB of Brooklyn & Met Carol Morin . Carols reassurance and hospitality which was followed by exemplary customer service .We have been going back to MB of Brooklyn ( formerly Sovereign MB) for everything having to do with our car since 2009 & have never been disappointed ! Every dealership should be like this ! Thanks Carol !

Great staff....Al, jorge, christian very helpful and professional. Upper management (Doug) was available to help out and found a car (G63) that i normally had to wait 4 months to get available for pick up in 3 days. Entire experience excellent. This was was my first purchase at this dealer and would recommend it 100%.

Mr Lashley is very knowledgeable of the product, and is a very dynamic salesman. He welcomed his customer in a very warm and friendly manner from the beginning, always ensuring that any question I posed, was answered forthwith, and honestly. He is a reliable, and enthusiastic individual, who gets the job done, and done well. I will have no problem recommending him to other clients who may have an interest in buying a Benz. I have no doubt that he will be an asset to the company. One other quality of note, is that Mr Lashley follows up even after the completion of the sale, to ensure customer satifaction, as well as to answer any questions of which there may have been any uncertainties
