I have given this dealership a rating of great because the service is amazing each time I go. Not only that Bentley Lashley was an awesome salesman. He answered questions honestly at the time of purchase, after the purchase, and made sure to match me with a vehicle to fit my circumstances. I am totally impressed with his experience and the level of service given from this specific dealership. Whether sales or servicing my vehicle all staff professionals treat me as a younger person with the utmost respect. I am blown away each time I go there.

I came in on Saturday due to a safety warning on my car. They took me in without an appointment and had enterprise pick me up for a loaner vehicle. A few days later when the vehicle was completed, Carol Morin the service rep, returned my car in perfect, cleaned condition and took care of the balance due on the loaner as well. Over all, I was very happy with the service and professionalism of this dealership.

Steve helped with the purchase of my first car (MB C300 4Matic). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, patient, which is difficult when dealing with first-time car buyers. He was able to beat all comparable prices given to me by leasing companies in Brooklyn. He located a vehicle with all of the options I was seeking and in the color I wanted; what more could you ask for! I intend to continue to deal with Steve in the future and highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz.
