Steve is the best Sales & Leasing professional ever! He made the Mercedes-Benz experience a great one! His sense of humor and amazing salesman skills made me and my family want to come back to the dealership over and over again. He's great we absolutely love him!! I highly recommend going to Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn and using Steve McCloskey as your salesman! He's so great we leased not 1 but 3 Mercedes from him! Love love love him!!

I brought my twin daughters in to Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn to take a look at the c class. We were introduced to Steve McCloskey, he was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and professional. He delivered everything he said he would and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Steve convinced my daughters that BMW does not compare in safety to the c-300. Super friendly, professional and curtious sales team. Bentley and lou were very patient, Bentely showed me three different cars, and lou spent an hour with me working out a price and after we nogotiated they threw in a couple of very nice gifts, thanks. Asad Basha (finance) showed me all the options and worked the numbers like three times, very patient. overall they really go out of their way to make sure the customer walks away happy.

Mario Castelli is nothing but a cut above when it comes to salesmanship. He was courteous, calm, resourceful, and professional. I will recommend him to all my friends, my family, and my coworkers because of the exhilarating experience we had dealing with Mario Castelli. It was not an easy deal and we were not really ready mentally to pull away in a 450 GL out of a lot filled with beautiful cars. Our sight was set on a Range Rover and we were somewhat disappointed that 2014 RR Sports was not available.
