R&R Auto Group, Not Just A Dealership, A Family

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! From the courteous, friendly smiles when you walk in the door, they always make you feel welcome and eager to help you get into the car you want. The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. At R&R they remember you, they know your name, your family, your vehicles, you are not just another sale for them. And I can’t thank them enough for all they have done over the years for my family and friends, that I recommend! I am R&R’s biggest cheerleader and will always share my wonderful experiences with everyone I meet!

Horrible dealership

Most unpleasant and stressful dealership that I have ever delt with. I traveled 314 miles to come and buy a car that was supposed to be in good condition, instead it smelled like smoke and was very dirty inside and had dents and scratches. On top of it all my sales person Jennifer, that I have been in contact with for weeks via phone and emails didn't even show up and I spoke to her a day prior.

The best staff

Great staff, comfortable waiting room and the wait time is better than any other dealer in the area. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to explain your repairs to you and answer any questions that you have.

***SERVICE REVIEW*** We currently own the 2019

***SERVICE REVIEW*** We currently own the 2019 Corvette Stingray. From what I can gather, the 7th Generation Corvettes have been plagued by automatic transmission issues from day 1. I received a notice from GM that the trans fluid that had been installed in the automatic transmissions - from the assembly plant - wasn't the correct blend and that if I experienced any 'shuddering' or vibrations, bring the vehicle to any GM dealership and the system would be flushed out and a new, improved and properly blended fluid would be installed. I did this after experiencing the above listed conditions and R&R got me right in and took care of business. Sadly, one trans flush didn't do the trick so I made an appointment to have this car's transmission serviced again. I made this latest service appointment online and explained the entire situation and how the problem was still there. I dropped the car off for a morning appointment and received notification that not only was the trans flushed and re-filled with more new fluid but the inspection was due and had been taken care of. My advisor (June) was an absolute pleasure to work with and I sincerely appreciate the service guys getting this buggy in and getting it done....again! Other Corvette owners who have experienced this situation have indicated that this second flush/re-fill has done the trick for them so we'll see how it works once I get it out on the road. Thank you June and Mike for taking good care of our 'baby'!!!

Great Dealer

The people are very friendly. I am handicapped so it is very helpful that they come to my home and pick up my cars for service. Also when they repair something it is done right. They give me the same good service on a used car that l didn't buy there. I recommend R&R highly.
