We have had our car serviced at R&R for the past 5 years so it was very natural that we went to them when we needed to trade in our older vehicle. The whole process was very easy and relaxed. They listened to our needs and made excellent recommendations. The service department is also very responsive and very fair in dealing with repairs. Great experience all the way around.

Love my new Trax

I was given excellent service, all my questions were answered in immediately. The salesman was efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt at home and as if they had my very best interests at heart and I feel I got an excellent deal on the exact model I wanted. When I came in to sign my paperwork everything was ready to go and the whole process was comfortable. I could not have asked for more. When I got the car Kevin went over it and made sure I completely understood all the new features and made sure I was comfortable and at ease with my new car. Kevin even gave me his personal cell number so if I got stuck on something or forgot how to do something I could call him any time for help. Now that is top notch customer service!
