Ryan went over needs of my vehicle and he was very extremely pleasant and courteous. He explained the need of good brand parts in comparison to ones that don’t accommodate my vehicle as well. This made me know to purchase GM parts to last longer and for the best performance from my vehicle. I appreciate the clean environment and service received at Paul Conte Cadillac.

Upstanding service when other facilities try to rip you off. Gm has an excellent warranty plan and is very upfront about what is wrong.

Very Satisfied with those in sales but very unhappy with

Very Satisfied with those in sales but very unhappy with the service department and including the service manager (Shai Nadav). He is unprofessional and doesnt accomodate his customers. He argued with me and stated he had cars in the service shop for 8 months and he does not have to fix my car. Although I have been a loyal Paul Conte customer since 2014. He doesnt seem to be familiar with the issues in the service shop, The service adisvors would tell me one thing and he would could and tell me something totally different.
