Courteous and got me out on time as i was on a deadline and had to leave for wn appointment at s certain time.

Karp Kia has been superb to me.

Karp Kia has been superb to me. I had a few issues that Brad took immediate action on and had it handled in a very timely fashion. I was honestly treated like a VIP and im very grateful for it.

Handled very professionally.

Handled very professionally. Especially from the young man that took my car,Stanley. He was kind enough to tell me that besides my recall, the oil change I wanted was $99. I told him an oil change cost between 30 and $40. I declined the oil change. He did the right thing. If I would’ve went to the cashier and told that my oil change was $99 plus tax I would’ve exploded.

Mark was great Quick and easy the whole way

Mark was great Quick and easy the whole way though Looked, test drove had a few question all answered. We agreed on a price and they had the car ready in 2 days. The delivery process took 30 minutes

Great first experience with first service on my Forte.

Great first experience with first service on my Forte. Mitch went above and beyond and it was completed in under an hour. My only suggestion to Karp Kia management is to work on the phone system - calling service brought me to the main number multiple times where I ended up in voicemail which was frustrating. Otherwise great team and everyone I encountered at the service center was professional. Mitch gave me his card for the next time I need to call to make an appointment.
