Dealing with Jay was an absolute pleasure. he made the experience painless which is not often the case when getting a new vehicle. I got a Kia Sportage further on in the survey they asked model and make I couldn’t find Kia so I put another make. This is about Kia and Jay

This was the fastest and most pleasurable experience when buying a car. Jay was amazing. When we get our granddaughters car we’re coming back to Karp!

I have continued to service my Kia at Karp. As always Mitchell explained the issue and cost as well as the wait time. They even performed a recall. Excellent service.

I went to karp Kia with an issue on my car smelling gas. They took the car in and Mitch went out it way to fix my car to make sure it was right. He made every attempt every day to call me and go through the test they did I was not left out in the cold. My car was fixed perfect under warranty and I had no headache headaches good job To the service team (Mitch) at karp kia Rockville center Long Island

Very disappointing experience with Karp Kia. I brought in my car for a suspension issue that two other shops couldn’t diagnose. Initially, they claimed there was nothing wrong—but after pressing, they admitted something was off. Despite that, the car sat for a week, they ran a diagnostic, found nothing, and ultimately told me the issue wasn’t covered under warranty. They had no idea what the problem was, couldn’t fix it, and still charged me $271. On top of that, they returned my car with an empty gas tank and replaced my plates with Karp Kia branding without permission. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Very disappointing experience ! My care engine is suddenly broken and needs replacement although it’s 45k mile , the car had a recall in 2023 for engine parts. The dealership took 3 months to reject my case of warranty extension . I don’t recommend KIA for any body in USA.

My sales guy Jonathan was helpful and attentive. The finance guy seemed honest and not pushy about back-end products. What irks me is the overall business practice. My car was advertised with a 2k rebate hardly anyone will qualify for. My 821 averaged credit score was not sufficient. There is then another 1k added on for some dealership fee. That is 3k on top of the advertised price. The select few who do qualify for the 2k rebate are forced into a high apr loan. Don't like dealerships that play these games.
