I had THE WORST experience in the service department that I have ever had. I would give them ZERO stars. From the first phone call to schedule a service. I needed maintenance on my specialty vehicle that I just took out of storage. I also wanted them to look into why the dashboard lights were sporadically working. I am still in shock at the brash rudeness by the service staff from start to finish. I left shaking my head, almost in tears. I was charged $100 to diagnose, and was told they couldn't do anything. AND, they didn't even courtesy wash the car before I picked it up. The shuttle vehicle was dirty and smelled so bad of smoke. However, the morning shuttle driver made my day and left a smile on my face. I will never go there, ever again. Nor, would I ever recommend this place to anyone of my friends, family, or a stranger. This also means I would never buy a car from this dealership, knowing that I might have to encounter the service department. Still in shock....
