I worked with both Tom and Aaron and ultimately the dealership took care of all my concerns, they could have easily declined and told me to have a nice day but they worked together to ensure I was happy and felt comfortable with my purchase. Nice to know there are places that still value customer feedback and customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Leman’s Chevy City in Bloomington. We were searching for a new car for our daughter. We were on week 4, and were fed up with unethical and lying dealerships. A coworker suggested we talk to Brian Davenport at Lemans, so I did. The service that Brian and Aaron Rench provided to us was AMAZING! They listened to what we wanted and delivered!!! Purchased an SUV in February of this year.Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buyback vehicle. The vehicle completely broke down by March after my family spent $90K at this establishment. Troy and Rich in service were very rude and aggressive in their treatment of me, as documented on TikTok, calling me a liar about the car having issues and refusing service to us with no legitimate basis. They are now only offering to fix a car that has been deemed unfixable or trading the vehicle in at market value while acknowledging they sold us a lemon...a family with 4 young children. This facility is engaging in predatory lending practices and has been very unwilling to fix what they know was deceptive in the first place. Please do not waste your hard-earned time or money here.

I recently bought my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Custom Trail Boss here and was very pleased by my salesman Rob Jewel who was fantastic and extremely helpful in the buying process.

Bought a used Bolt at the price listed on the website. No room for negotiation on price, but it was already listed at a fair price. The EV was not charged enough to drive home, and had to wait for it to charge before being able to leave the dealership; not a big deal but might be worth calling ahead to ask to have the car charged if you have a time constraint.

I bought a car from here 02/09/24 55k mile Chevy volt 2017 certified pre owned vehicle "went through a 172 step service". Check engine light came on 02/24/24 13 days and less then 500 miles later. Put my obII sensor on it powertrain failure. Thing happen mistakes get made and I am an understanding person. So I email the sales member who worked with me told him what was up. They talked to their manager who's response was "that's fine". They suggested I drive the vehicle to them for service or call Chevy roadside assistance to tow it to a closer Chevy dealer. That was it nothing else no sorry, no offer to help get it taken care of nothing. All this is to say if you are looking for a reliable car with support from the dealership don't buy here, you like I might come to deeply regret it.
