As always, Sarant always comes through. I had some warranty work and routine service performed. I've had a relationship with Joe mistretrta for over 20 years @ Sarant. He i simply amazing !!! .

The service advisor at Sarant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my issues with my 2019 xt4. He and his fellow employees performed all issues perfectly and timely. Thanks to all at Sarant for a very pleasant visit in these extremely difficult times.

Everything was great until I saw the windshield was cracked l told Sal he said he take care of it l haven't heard anything yet from him or Joe l really don't want to put a claim in with my insurance 2 days after l bought the car it's just a chip but it's going crack across the whole windshield sooner or later

My experience inside the dealership was outstanding for many years. Joe Mistretta and Antonio Centeno are the best. However the last two leases I have turned in have been followed by fugazy invoices months later. The last time my sales rep took care of it for me, this time I asked Antonio to please help out with it. Why does GM financial try to extort money from loyal customers. I have leased and purchased cars from Sarant but me, my wife and our four kids are through as of receiving the last phony extortion attempt.

There is nothing more to learn, I have always paid every month 1-2 weeks early on this lease, the previous lease and the previous purchase. This is extortion plain and simple and I will not but bullied into paying a penalty because I decided, after almost 20 years of driving cars from Sarant, to drive a different car. Most of the people at the dealership have been terrific (Joe Mistretta, Antonio Centeno to name two) but this is deplorable to be treated in this manner.
I was sent a bill from GM financial. I communicated to Antonio Centeno who is in your office and he has gone above and beyond to try and help me. Mr. Vela can speak to him and get the story...again. Terrible treatment of a long term former client.
