If I could rate this dealership as a zero I certainly would. The service department charged us $1200 for an A/C unit that I found out was under recall. After confronting the service manager and finally Tom himself, I was told that I should have done my research before having the vehicle repaired. After talking to a few other dealerships, I found out this isn’t out of the norm for good ol’ Tom.
Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this. We would like to know more about what is going on to see what happened. When we pull up a VIN it will tell us what recalls there are. It sounds like it showed no current recalls when it was in the shop. Tom Ahl also did not speak to you in regards to this. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding. Good service and radio glitch.
Very nice dealer ship with very helpful employees. Had a scheduled maintenance appointment that was done in a timely manner. Had some sort of electrical glitch in radio when I started to leave. Their service technician checked it out but wasn't able to get volume to work. He took it back to service area and they did a battery disconnect reset and everything worked. Although very rare these things happen. I sure appreciated the extra feedback from them later after I was home.

Courtesy Vehicle?
I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. Took our Cadillac XT5 in for problem that was covered by warranty. When I asked for loaner I was sent to a rental division. Had to pay deposit? Even though they refunded my deposit the next day I was surprised that it was not a courtesy. Also we expected a little better vehicle then what was provided.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The deposit on our actual rental vehicles is due to many factors we have dealt with in the past. Our regular loaner vehicles go out quickly so we are thankful our rental department can help us out. Thank you for your continued business and we hope we are able to help you again in the future!
