If I could rate this dealership as a zero I certainly

If I could rate this dealership as a zero I certainly would. The service department charged us $1200 for an A/C unit that I found out was under recall. After confronting the service manager and finally Tom himself, I was told that I should have done my research before having the vehicle repaired. After talking to a few other dealerships, I found out this isn’t out of the norm for good ol’ Tom.

It sounds like it showed no current recalls when it was in the shop. Tom Ahl also did not speak to you in regards to this. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding. Charles and everyone was very helpful, respectful and professional! They helped us get a safe car for our teenage son at a reasonable and manageable price. It even included a warranty! Highly recommended!! I love Tom Ahl and this just reinforced my feelings! Service at the dealership is amazing. Adam is the best!

Good service and radio glitch.

Very nice dealer ship with very helpful employees. Had a scheduled maintenance appointment that was done in a timely manner. Had some sort of electrical glitch in radio when I started to leave. Their service technician checked it out but wasn't able to get volume to work. He took it back to service area and they did a battery disconnect reset and everything worked. Although very rare these things happen. I sure appreciated the extra feedback from them later after I was home.

Superb customer service!

Superb customer service!!! Adam from the service department went above and beyond to help me. I definitely recommend them and I will be purchasing my next car from them. I had the best experience from my last two purchases from them as well.

Courtesy Vehicle?

I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. Took our Cadillac XT5 in for problem that was covered by warranty. When I asked for loaner I was sent to a rental division. Had to pay deposit? Even though they refunded my deposit the next day I was surprised that it was not a courtesy. Also we expected a little better vehicle then what was provided.
