I had done some advance research and had a good idea what I wanted & was willing to spend for it. The salesman, Scott Triligio, listened, checked the dealership's inventory to see what checked my boxes, took me out on the lot to see the choices & we were soon on our way for a test drive. I did visit another dealership but they weren't able to check all my boxes quite as well; plus, Tom Ahl's Family of Dealeships offered an extra bonus--a lifetime powertrain warranty. Scott checked in with us a couple days later & we were ready to roll. With Tom Ahl's dealership & our salesman, Scott, there was no sales pressure to go to a higher end model or buy more features than we really needed, and there was no price haggling. Their price was already bottomline. (I did my shopping in December for good year-end deals.) And, Tom Ahl, himself, was personally present on more than one occasion to greet us & other customers.

Contact was made on advertised truck to confirm price was correct and purchase was made immediately. No need to haggle over pricing. The paper work was done easily over the phone with final signing done at dealership as had been agreed to. Satisfied, will buy more from Tom Ahl.

Going into the dealer, I had an idea of what I was looking for in a car. I felt as if there was ample time given to check everything out and enough time to get a feel for the car during the test drive, without feeling rushed. Would return to buy another car in the future.
