Had our brake warning light that wouldnt shut off when driving on our 2012 Chrysler T & C minivan that has 138,000 miles on it. We have an extended warranty on the vehicle so all you pay is a deductable for fixing issues. The tech noticed the brake fluid was low so he added some fluid. Just charged us for the oil change when they could have made us pay deductible. 25.00 sure beats 100.00. Thank you.

Hard to expect better treatment than I received buying my first vehicle from Tom Ahl in Lima, OH. Bob Cook and Jeremy Addis made the process as easy as it could get. Everything was in order when I arrived, the truck was clean and ready. Took a quick test drive, talked over the financial matters, insurance, benefits and in less than an hour I signed and drive off. I'd strongly recommend giving them a chance if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Was treated wonderful by service when my truck broke down. Got into a rental and back on the road in no time at all. After deciding to buy a different truck, I was offered a great trade in deal. After walking in and asking for a salesperson that wants to make a sale, I was I introduced to Trevor. He was courteous, formal, and most importantly didnt try to steer me from what I wanted as I had experienced at other dealerships. After the quick introductions he was more than happy to grab the keys for the truck I was interested in to take for a test drive. Upon return he was quick to answer any and all questions even to go so far as to have it put up on a rack so I may look at/inspect the underside. All in all a very pleasing and memorable experience and I will be more than happy to recommend Trevor to anyone j know looking for a new car or truck.
