Wife had to get a radiator replaced in her Jeep Grand

Wife had to get a radiator replaced in her Jeep Grand Cherokee. I typically only have good things to say about this place, but this I feel was ridiculous. The price for replacing the radiator was ridiculous and will be taking to other shops if this is what they think good business practice is. I feel that it was $300 to $500 overpriced. Also the Jeep they gave her to drive was filthy on the outside. Not good customer service. I hope this was a fluke.

Best experience ever in purchasing a new car.

Best experience ever in purchasing a new car. Big Mike and Aaron were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I came to look, got a great trade in price and left with my 2024 Jeep Compass.

Definitely a buyer beware when purchasing a used vehicle

Definitely a buyer beware when purchasing a used vehicle from here. I bought a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee from here with 138,000 miles on it and it’s now got 144,000 miles on it and I have repaired 2 thermostats, a whole new radiator, radiator hose, oil filter housing and now it needs head gaskets replaced. The dealership has diagnosed my car twice at $90 to figure out the issue first it was the radiator which they wanted to charge me $2000 for a $200 part and about 3 hours of labor. Then I replace the radiator and the car is still over heating and leaking oil and coolant so I replaced the oil filter housing which fixed all the leaking but it was still over heating. So I took it to them again and now they want to charge $4500 for the head gasket replacement. I’m feeling the car came with a lot of these underlying issues and now stuck with all these repairs. I bought the car for $13000 and now it’s worth $2000 on a trade in so if I wanted to trade it in I have to eat all the negative equity on the loan. So I just want to warn anyone purchasing a used vehicle from here please have an outside shop inspect it first. I feel these issues were ignored reason I say that when I went to change the thermostat two weeks after having it someone had the thermostat just sitting in the housing with no spring to regulate the coolant.

We worked with Brian and he was great from start to finish. This is the first truck we have ever owned and I was surprised they had what I was looking for. When I got to their lot, they had so much more than I expected. Well worth the drive. The process was simple and had no pressure to it whatsoever. Happy first time (not last) customer.

My car buying experience at Roanoke Motors was excellent.

My car buying experience at Roanoke Motors was excellent. Caleb was my salesman and Aaron was the finance manager. The whole process was the smoothest I have experienced in my 40 years of buying cars. Caleb was very helpful and provided me with the requested information promptly. A mutually agreed upon price for my trade and final price of my Special Edition car was very smooth. The car was clean and parked right out front of the showroom when we arrived. Caleb came right out and greeted us. I was able to take the car for a test drive right away. The total time at the dealership was maybe an hour. There was another customer in with Aaron, the finance manager ahead of us. Otherwise, the time would have been less at the dealership. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership, and I had to work later in the day. There was no problem getting back home in time for work. I would highly recommend Caleb for your next purchase along with Roanoke Motors as the preferred dealership to buy your next car.

We had a great experience working with your sales person

We had a great experience working with your sales person Gabe. He was courteous and very friendly. He really helped us find the preowned vehicle for the cost and mileage we were looking for. If we had a question that he did not have the answer for, he was able to find an answer. If we need a vehicle in the future we would visit this dealership again.
