My 14th vehicle from Roanoke going back 25 years. I drive 40 miles to go to Roanoke motors even though there is a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership 1 mile from where I work. I’m buying my new truck from John Gastman‘s grandson. My third generation purchase.

2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab

Bought a used 2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab. Bob Souder was our sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected during the process. We were 200 miles away and he took pictures and inspected the truck and reported defects that were present. We agreed if the truck met our expectations that we would purchase the truck and we agreed upon the price. When we arrived the truck was everything we hoped and expected it to be after inspection and a lengthy test drive as this was a rather expensive truck we bought the truck. We left with the title in hand which is so often not the case these days. Normally you'd wait for the title to arrive by mail weeks later. The whole process was fairly quick and almost painless except for handing over a check. Lol. The dealership and especially Bob are highly recommended.
