I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided here. I am from New York and went all the way back to Paul Miller, where I bought the car, because I saw the reviews and had to see it for myself. The buying process when I bought the car a few months ago was amazing. They didn’t try playing games with me like other dealers and now the service center left me very happy. The price was super reasonable as well. Luis was my point of contact for this appointment and he was great and was willing to answer any questions I had. Will continue to take that hour trip for all my service intervals for my car and when I’m ready to upgrade my car I will be buying it here as well.

The salesman Ken was excellent. He was very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I have been buying or leasing cars for decades and by far Ken was the best salesperson I have dealt with. Additionally, the person who handled my car loan in the finance department was excellent.

John could not have made the process easier. The purchase of my new car was a wonderful experience.

Very disappointed with the sales team from Paul Miller Audi. Scheduled an appointment to discuss next steps due to the end of lease. Sales person was only interested in having me return the car and was downplaying the value of the car (2021 Audi Q7 3.0 with 24k miles). Sales person informed me that the value of the car is $37k, yet when asked if I can purchase similar vehicle from them for that price he could not point to one such car or similar close to that price.. Further when discussed financing options, sales person was attempting to make that process as difficult as possible thus making me loose interest in dealing with them. Next day I went to my bank and was able to complete the process without any involvement from Paul Miller Audi. The effort took less than a day.
