Quality is king when it does to customer service.

Just had my first service -- and it was heads above my previous experiences with auto dealers. I drove up -- checked in -- and was on my way in a loaner car...returned at the end of the day -- 5 minutes and I was out the door. Even the scheduling was quick -- efficient -- and easy to do. Thank you Paul Miller for continuing to exceed my expectations. AS Alway, a shout out to Peter Wendell -- or as I tell my friend, family and client -- Peter is the best car representative in the world and he goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is always happy!

I had an exceptional experience buying my Audi. Pam Zabitz was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and attentive. She worked tirelessly to work within my needs to great success. I now have a beautiful A3, with the features I need and the colors I prefer. Professional and Customer Focused

I thoroughly enjoyed leasing my Audi A3 through Paul Miler Audi. I can't think of an easier or more pleasant experience than the one of had with my sales person, Leighton Kuet. His professionalism, knowledge, and very pleasant demeanor made the leasing process enjoyable and trouble free. I also appreciated Leighton taking the time to go over all the functions, in detail, of my new car demonstrating top-notch customer service from start to finish.

Easy, smooth buying process

Smooth purchase process. Since I'm a bit far away, we were able to use phone and email to arrive at a price, take care of advance paperwork for delivery, and negotiate some extras. On the day of delivery, the paperwork went smoothly, the car was ready and waiting, and the briefing was very helpful.
