Excellent Experience
This was the best experience I ever had purchasing an automobile. Peter Wendell is fantastic and he explained everything about the Audi to me and my wife. No pressure. I definitely will purchase another Audi at this dealership.

Q 5 lease
I have leased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with more car dealerships than I would care to name with more than my share of horrendous experiences, but I can truly say that dealing with Peter Wendell was a " painless " and actually enjoyable experience. There was no hard cell or despicable behaviour and he knew exactly what my wife would be comfortable driving. He is the reason that we have purchased multiple cars from Paul Miller!

Good experiences with an exception!
My family, friends, and I have bought or leased 7 cars from Paul Miller Audi and the experience has been good overall. I personally am on my second A4. The sale/leasing and servicing process has been very satisfactory with one big exception. My current A4 needed rear brakes at 22,000 miles and an out of pocket cost of $600+. I am convinced that this was do to a design defect or malfunction of the ABS. The fact that neither Paul Miller nor Audi were willing to cover this very unexpected repair under my new car warranty was disappointing, to say the least.

I have been a Paul Miller client for the past 10 years and have never been disappointed in any aspect of my experience there. My salesman, Pete Elia, does a great job, is helpful, keeps me in mind when something new arrives and remains very price competitive. In service we work with Lou Bernardino, who never fails to over deliver. It is why I have bought my last 4 cars there, and am likely to continue to do so going forward.
