I have leased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with more car dealerships than I would care to name with more than my share of horrendous experiences, but I can truly say that dealing with Peter Wendell was a " painless " and actually enjoyable experience. My family, friends, and I have bought or leased 7 cars from Paul Miller Audi and the experience has been good overall. I personally am on my second A4. The sale/leasing and servicing process has been very satisfactory with one big exception. My current A4 needed rear brakes at 22,000 miles and an out of pocket cost of $600+. I am convinced that this was do to a design defect or malfunction of the ABS. The fact that neither Paul Miller nor Audi were willing to cover this very unexpected repair under my new car warranty was disappointing, to say the least.
