Just had my car serviced here, after buying it here. The service was great - couldn't have been easier. I was in and out of there so fast! Everyone was really polite. Great experience.

The Guys at Paul Miller understand how to do Business and make their customers happy. Several miner issues that were not covered under warranty. The service team did it for no extra cost to me and their sole focus was making sure I was a satisfied customer. Well Done Guys!

The salesman I dealt with (Leighton K.) was one of the two reasons I purchased our new Audi from Paul Miller. The other was your price - no one in the area could even come close! You made what is usually as much fun as a root canal, a very pleasant and simple experience!

I recently returned to Paul Miller Audi & especially Pam Zabitz - to get advice and a quote on a new A3 lease. I was once again treated respectfully - even though I had some "issues". Great customer service. I was able to obtain a loaner car; since I was unable to wait. The car was serviced for an oil change and the multi check; received the car washed. Was informed when the maintenance was performed.
