He is great to work with - pleasant and knows me, his cars and gets the sale completed with expertise and efficiency, always keeping me up to date with the progress of the transaction. Took my car in for regular service and they found some additional items needing repair at no additional cost to me. Lou B communicated everything clearly and set my expectations.
