Don’t buy used cars here

I’m on my third Audi with this dealer and this last one has been a disaster. Starting with buying a 2020 Q3 used certified. Bent alignment, dent and scratched. The inside seemed very damp and within weeks found a leaking roof. Been back 3 times for that. Squeaky shocks and was told that’s normal sound. It’s my third car and I’ve driven times of Audi loaners, none sounded like the one I bought. The car sounds like a old Honda with the rattles and squeaks. At Audi premiums it should be a smooth quiet ride. Mysteriously after the roof was fixed the third time my roof was all scratched up. Their response… did you put something in the roof?! Believe me when I say putting something on the roof of a Audi without a roof rack isn’t something I dumb enough to do. What’s more likely considering they were just fixing a roof leak? In fairness they did buff it out. Not before trying to point a finger at me. I have been back so many times since buying this lemon and at this point Paul Miller audi went from an A to a D for me. Accountability goes a long way and quality service. This car should never have been sold in the condition I received it. The entire experience should be embarrassing at this point for them. I will note the mechanic that rode with me seemed determined to help and did say he heard the noise and would fix it. Unfortunately that only lasted a week and back to the same annoying sound. The moment I can sell this and get another car I beep be doing so and it won’t be an Audi.

I was sold a lemon.

I was sold a lemon. Each time I brought car back things got worse. Roof leaked 3 times so far. Scratched, dented and a bent wheel alignment. That’s how they sold it to me. Squeaky shocks and they told me that is normal. I’m not a mechanic but I’m also not stupid. I’ve driven numerous Audi and none sounded like the one I bought. A annoying rattle still present and I’m stuck with it. I could have gotten this quality and customer care at a place with vehicles $20,000 cheaper. The corporate office has about the same level of professionalism and lacks integrity. No one follows up or own accountability. It’s been the blame game from the start. Disappointing is an understatement at this point.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE

As for the dealership, Paul Miller Audi is top notch. As for sales people, Peter Wendell is - more notably - the BEST. My family has purchased/leased only Audi's for the last 15 years...primarily because of the attentiveness of Peter to any and all details, his knowledge of all things Audi, and his willingness to accommodate his customers. They (and his customers) are lucky to have him!
