I was greeted by Josh who was friendly and courteous. He made sure what I needed he would take care of. Everything was done in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with the dealership. I had a wire in the tire of my new Equinox. We have only driven about 7,000 miles so we were disappointed to find there was no road hazard for the tire and we had to purchase a new tire.

Had a great experience. It's a dealership I've dealt with before and I trust them. I've been very satisfied with the service I've received in the past and trust they will continue doing all they can with my recent purchase!!

Murdock Chevrolet is the best dealership that I have ever been too. From the moment you drive up to the Service Center you are greeted with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional. The customer waiting are is top notch as well. I bought my car at Young Chevrolet and I will never go back there. I live in Layton and it is worth the drive to Centerville for the amazing service Murdock Chevrolet has to offer.

I thought it was great. I liked the online appointment option and they shuttled me to and from the train station promptly. Josh also contacted my after-market warranty provider who accepted the repair and paid its part after deductible. Very helpful that I did not have to argue with them on that. Remains to be seen whether the truck is truly fixed (i.e. whether what Murdock fixed is what was causing the stalling) but so far so good.

Murdock was able to get me in to fix my recall within days of calling. There multipoint inspection found a belt that needed replaced so I was able to fix that before more problems occurred. They were fast and great

As soon as I arrived, I was taken care of promptly and was given a complimentary ride back to my work in Salt Lake. They followed up with me over the phone.
