Service visit
Service was faster than they thought and they covered our rental car. However we drive a 7 passenger vehicle for a reason and a 5 passenger rental wasn't great. Otherwise everything was great.

Financial
Salesman was great. Some of the financial was not satisfactory. Window insurance, I didn't want it and was told that is something Murdock does, also the key replacement was not even mentioned but was on the finance accounting. I was not happy when informed I could not use my GM credit card points toward the purchase of the truck. Especially when other dealerships have honored my credits after making the best deal possible. I have $2,000 in built up credit.

Upgrade Your Computer System
It would be nice if when I come in for my oil change to have the rep see on my account that I have the maintenance package so I don't have to go through a huge production about how this is included in the purchase of my car. It takes them 10 minutes to figure out what I'm talking about and then another 10 to find this on my acct. At that point I'm annoyed and they are annoyed and I just want to get the xxxx out of there!

Murdock recall repair
My oil life monitor was reset. I would have liked to have notified of that beforehand. Shop was fast, clean and people were nice.

Service Reps Don't Understand Low Profile Tires
I think your service reps should learn a little something about tires. Every time I bring my car in they tell me the exact opposite thing. So annoying. I would never buy tires at the dealership for this reason.
