Brandon is provided me with the smoothest car buying experience I have ever even heard of. He was extremely knowledgable. He was not pushy at all and was extremely accommodating. When I had a conflict come up that made it impossible to sign for the car after work, he was kind enough to come over to my home after hours to get everything wrapped up. He is awesome!

I called Murdock dealership in WoodCross and ask for new truck information. Cindy was the phone receptionist and also a good friend. She recommended I talked to Brandon and I made an apppointment to come in and look at the selection of new trucks. I meet Brandon when I arrived. I liked this rather than finding/talking with someone I did not know, plus a friend recommended him. Brandon and I worked well together. He showed me truck types that I was interested in. He did not try to over sell or show vehicales I did not want. Brandon had great knowledge of the products and was able to show me several truck selections. Brandon showed me the truck options I wanted, the discount available on the 2013 trucks were very good and we were able to decide on a truck that met my needs. Brandon helped me from start to finish and did not send me to different sales people. Other individuals at the dealership were helpfull and friendly. In fact K. O. Murdock stoped by and talked to me as a friend not as a sales manager trying and close a deal. My experience has been very postitive. This is the forth vehical I have purchased from Murdock Dealership in WoosCross.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and came across an ad and called and talked to Freddie. He got the car all clean and ready for me to come test drive it. I loved the car and felt that I was able to get it for a great price. I came back a few days later with some questions and he answered them all had my car cleaned, fixed the fabric in the trunk and got everything arranged for my first check up.
