Keith Livingston and Rich Arvay were no non cents guys. They let me check out the car and answered my questions. When it came to buying the car. They did not complicate the finances with a bunch of add ons. It was a straight forward deal and very professional. I would buy a car from them again,

Chase was very helpful, forthright and considerate. My wife has some physical limitations and Chase remembered to take them into consideration, especially when he "wanted to close the deal" but my wife needed to leave. He understood and worked while we were gone taking care of the few issues we had. We enjoyed talking with him during a few short periods of waiting. Others at the dealership introduced themselves and made us welcome. The few issues we had with the vehicle were addressed in a timely manner by the maintenance staff. We drove away with the vehicle we wanted at a price we felt good about. Jeff Campbell was great to work with. He respected our decisions about GAP and extended warranty and did not try to "sell" us on services we had no interest in. Overall, our experience was a good one. We keep our vehicles a long time (12 years for our last one) so we probably won't have another opportunity to visit the dealership again, but I have no qualms about recommending Murdock to anyone.

Everyone was friendly and not pushy. They all wanted to make sure that we were buying the car we wanted and not the car they wanted to sell us. They followed up with me to ensure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. I went to Murdock Chevrolet looking for a used car within my budget. My experience there was very positive. The people at Murdock were very friendly and helpful, while not pressuring me to buy something I wasn't completely sure about. The sales person I dealt with personally was Sandy Miller. She was an exceptional help because she went out of her way to show me cars that she thought I would be interested in and not pressuring me into anything I wasn't sure about. I went to a few other dealerships during my used car seach, Young Chevrolet in specific, and Murdock was much friendlier and helpful to deal with. Some of the other dealerships I went to made me feel like a second class citizen because I had such a small budget to spend, but not Murdock. Sandy Miller was definitely the best sales person I dealt with at any dealership I visited. I ended up buying my new car from an individual, not a dealership, but I would definitely recommend Murdock Chevrolet and Sandy Miller if you're looking for a new car. They will definitely be the first place I visit when it's time for me to upgrade.

I always thought that would be very expensive to repair my car at dealer;BUT I was wrong...price is very affordable,customer service the best,waiting room fantastic(kids and grown-ups) Service offered by certified specialist was excellent. My experience was Great!!! I will return to them for any repair or service. Professional!
