I have worked with James Columbi multiple times and this

I have worked with James Columbi multiple times and this was my first time working with Kevin Mitchell. I would go there 100x again to buy a car! I have now bought 4 cars from James and would follow him anywhere. He is an ethical person who understands that your family needs to be respectful to your resources and needs something safe to drive! They made the process simple and straightforward, they advised me on what extended warranty to get. Easy 5 stars for me.

These guys are absolute jerks.

These guys are absolute jerks. Yeah I understand you are busy, who isn’t? I didn’t ask for a miracle, just that you’d take my car to get looked at for a critical error message I was receiving. No need to roll your eyes or say angry things or huff and puff at me. I just wanted help. So freaking rude!

100% do not recommend.

100% do not recommend. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from this dealership and started having problems two days after purchase!! I chose not to take the vehicle to the company's mechanic because they told me it would cost 170$ if my warranty did not cover it, that makes no sense at all!! I ended up taking the vehicle to my local mechanic and they discovered two issues with the car. 1. Bad shocks. My warranty did not cover this because it was a wear-and-tear item so now I am out 400$ to start with. 2. The rear steering knuckle needed to be replaced. The finance person told me that I purchased the platinum warranty and when I went up to Husker Auto a second time my file said platinum. When I talked to the warranty company they told me I only had bronze coverage and the steering knuckle would not be covered and now I am out $1000!!! I talked to the manager to see if he could correct these two mistakes and he said to bring the car in and he will try to reduce the price. This is very unacceptable!! I am stuck with a car with multiple problems and a warranty that will not cover the damage. If I knew this would be the case I would be better off with my old car!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact that they sold me a faulty car and would not do anything at all to make things right.

We found our car salesman to be very considerate, knowledgeable, articulate, & enjoyable! So far, we are loving our new chevy traverse! We appreciated his help in setting up our electronic adjustments and even the driver 1 and driver 2 positions.

Easy buying experience

Was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! We were able to find a vehicle, call about the vehicle, got a time to look at vehicle. Was not pressured at all, but they made it so easy just to buy!

Wonderful Experience!

Our experience with the dealership was excellent! After a long, stressful day of car shopping it was so nice to walk onto the lot and be treated like a human being rather than a check book. We told our salesman, Cristian exactly what we were looking for and he advised there were two on the lot that matched our requirements - one was potentially in the process of being purchased but the other was still available. We looked at it, liked it, and went back inside to get to work on the negotiation process. The process was smooth and we loved that the dealership was willing to work with our budget and get the price down to a number that we were comfortable with - not a whole lot of back and forth which was incredible! While we went to work with the finance department, Cristian went outside with my father and kids, to help transfer our belongings over from the old car (we traded it in) to the new car. He was so pleasant and made us feel so comfortable to be there and made sure we were happy with our purchase! Even in the finance department, Keith was awesome as well! He was quick and efficient, and answer our random questions. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

They suck

Dont ever get a loan here. They will screw u over. And double check your contract they like switching them or adding things u don't want They they make more money. I bought car for 12000 I paid 10000 and they think I still owe them after 3 years . They put contract for 13000 xxx. Is that. Wanting me to pay double for car and warrantys I can get cheaper on the side...

Super Easy Process, Professional and Helpful

Excellent Experience purchase CPO out of state. Kevin (in GMC Sales) was extremely helpful and accomodating. He answered all of my questions and even after I signed all docs and then inquired about part of an accessory that may be missing from the vehicle, he put the item on a due bill and notified me that they would be taking care of it. The entire process was done via text message, phone calls, e-mails and Docusign. I handled my own financing and vehicle shipping, but did purchase an extended warranty by Berkshire Hathaway through the F&I department. Everyone I spoke to from sales to reception to F&I were super helpful and professional. Thanks for an amazing experience.
