I’ll be 51 in 2 weeks & this experience this past weekend

I’ll be 51 in 2 weeks & this experience this past weekend was hands down the most relaxed & enjoyable experience of any auto I’ve ever purchased - including for my 3 kids! (There’s been several to compare to - lol) That morning I had Royce Fowler as my salesman and also worked with James. It was a lighthearted, joking but all business experience that kept us laughing & smiling the entire time! I’m newly single after 27yr so fully expected to have a target on me as far as assuming I wasn’t informed or prepared. I was wrong. The very first offer the gave me was very close to what I had in mind and told them I needed to be at to make the deal happen. I had another appt with another dealership to look at one more vehicle (same make/model) a few different options & different color. When they gave me their offer, I reviewed it. My reply was “this isn’t bad & I'm not saying no at this time, but I am going to keep my next appt so that I have no regrets about not seeing all of my options available. Husker was the 2nd if 3 that I was going to visit - but I WAS GOING to check every option & truly had appts. James came out & sat down & politely asked what he could do to make me not go to the other appt. I told him a few options the next one had vs this one etc He reworked his offer and we ended up only a couple of thousand dollars away from what I wanted - but what he included made up for that. So I said yes. I didn’t feel talked down to, I didn’t feel taken advantage of and it was lighthearted & enjoyable. It was a great Saturday morning!! Next I have to mention Chad Irwin in financing! Ok, talk about a nice guy! He’s professional, SO knowledgeable, kind, he answered all of my questions & made sure I really understood everything regarding my loan/payments/insurance policy I added etc. before I signed. He was patient & personable & also added a huge plus to an enjoyable experience for the day!! I’d like to tell him he missed going to a really fun Husker game that night!! Lol (he was going to go then couldn’t) so I’ll rub that in right here in this review :)

Royce and James at the dealership made the buying process

Royce and James at the dealership made the buying process smooth and straight forward. Had no intentions of buying a vehicle but these guys made it almost too easy to get everything done from paperwork to trade ins. Highly recommend these two and wish every interaction with a customer facing representative would be so pleasant.

I worked with Royce in pre owned sales and he was fantastic! Very nice and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. I also worked with Chad, the finance manager and he too was very kind and knowledgeable and really worked with us to make sure I was keeping my payments in the price range I needed! 10/10 would recommend go thru husker auto group

Overall good experience, salesman was quick to get me a price and get the sale in motion. Had to have the car shipped to me and the dealershiip took care of this however it took 2 weeks to have it delivered 900 miles was unnerving.
